Work life balance is non existent. 60 hours in a week when it is slow. 80+ when it's peak. Won't give you additional help when hours are expanded. Used to have some great leadership up top but those are all gone or are going to be pushed out soon. Used to be some opportunities for advancement but those are gone now too.

Company does not even offer long term disability. Office associates paid the same even though responsibilities are different. Communication is literally non existent. Management does not hold people accountable. This company and managers do not care about their employees. They care about them and making themselves look good, even if it means stealing others ideas and throwing ppl under the bus. They like to make it look like they care. Promoting would be available if you can move or travel.
