      Office atmosphere, Good benefits, Laid back. No attendance points.

      Cons

      No on-site HR representative. Company does not offer long term disability, pays the same as CSR position but route planning has more responsibilities and work. No accountability for attendance. No real opportunities for advancement unless you move. During slow season drivers don't get paid as much.

      Communication via management to employees, driving regulations not up to speed with d.o.t, expect you to kiss their rear with no give back in return, 6 days a week with no value to 40 hours. If you want to be looked down on for busting your rear then please work here. If you want less than 40 hours and not compensated correctly with lunch taken out without the knowledge of them working you more than 5 hours then please work here. This place has no respect for their employees, they make no effort for their employees and never will. They hire dumb people with no knowledge of the real world. Desperately looking for people so they hire anyone.
