      Great place to work, with some minor annoyances

      Pros

      An inclusive community of great people who are always eager to help.

      Cons

      Tech side is a bit messy. Lots of legacy code and overly complex structures for no apparent reason. Issues with some people in the upper part of the hierarchy.

      - Ambitious International goals - Great company culture and values: caring about others, and giving everyone the chance to make an impact - Modern ways of working: promoting both remote and asynchronous work

      Cons

      - Can sometimes feel too lay back - Office location in Amsterdam isn't the most convenient
