Good entry-point for the industry. It has a history of giving people chances and fostering growth. Some great people on the front lines who truly care about the work.
Cons
The environment has become unsafe for anyone who values their dignity. Feedback is handled through personal attacks and public degradation rather than professional alignment. Leadership refuses to take accountability for a decaying culture, instead choosing to blame the 'mindset' of the staff. Favoritism is rampant, and if you aren't in the 'inner circle,' your growth is effectively blocked. The agents are overworked, under-compensated in respect, and emotionally drained. Higher Leadership has grown a heavy reliance on favoritism rather than merit, and lacks showing genuine appreciation if you are not the favourite one.
