Run...Don't Walk. Toxic Company with no room for growth

Pros

Only pro I can think of is that this company is making a huge impact on the lives of cancer patients and research.

Cons

1. Horribly toxic leadership. 2. Low industry pay. Especially for the Account Associates 3. The company does not like to promote from within, they would rather hire externally. 4. You will be doing all the grunt work for the AE's and not get paid well for any of it. 5. Again, TOXIC culture. Everyone is out for themselves.

Work from home No daily commute

Cons

P and P, Management, people take too much time off work leaving others to pick up their slack. Poor communication and culture. If you are part of the in-circle you can slack off and work less.
