The company mission is good and you are surrounded by people who really care about the science

Cons

1. Poor management that makes decisions not in the best interest of employees 2. Limited opportunities for professional or technical growth. Will likely hit a wall where you are no longer advancing or learning in your role 3. Lots of work and long hours with limited recognition 4. High attrition 5. Bad benefits
