Some good, some bad... like most companies

Pros

Work with a lot of motivated, smart people who are impact-driven. Most teams have a good work-life balance.

Cons

The compensation typically isn't on the same level as similar companies. Leadership & team culture can vary quite a bit from team-to-team so your experience is largely team-dependent. Senior leadership has some great people, but also some who don't seem super invested in your personal or professional well-being/growth.

you get to work remote used to be good

Compensation is below industry standards, and morale is low across the board. Most employees are actively looking to leave, while leadership remains insulated, enjoying high pay and fancy titles, often at the expense of their teams. It also appears that proper training for Sales has either stopped altogether or leadership is turning a blind eye to how tests are being sold, raising concerns about accountability and ethical practices.
