      Great benefits and great coworkers. Weekends and holidays off as well.

      No support from management. Management seemed threatened by you doing your job well.

      The best part of working at Tencate is that you get to help protect men and women who put their lives on the line everyday when they go to work.

      Cons

      Discrimination and harassment of employees. I've seen employees harrassed and pushed out and there were Discrimination issues that went unresolved. Stay Away.
