      Pros

      Great benefits, lots of free TenCate t-shirts.

      Cons

      Most of the employees are overworked and underpaid for their skill level. Upper management does nothing to try to lighten the load when things get hectic. If you happen to be good employee then prepare to be taken advantage of. Instead of giving less qualified employees proper training, they'll just give all of the work to a qualified employee.

      - Little communication from upper management - Message about company value from upper management does not align with their actions & what they tell employees to do - Salary is low compared to other companies

      Friendly and intelligent colleagues. Coworkers are knowledgeable and are helpful if you have questions about anything.

      Cons

      Salary is not competitive with other engineering firms in the SF Bay Area. Management does not seem to value the operators producing the product.
