      Pros

      The pay has improved from recent years and the company has good benefits with matching 401k. Also most managers are willing to work around family matters. Work is steady.

      Cons

      Upward communication is lacking. Supervisors don't bother negotiating benefits and pay to the manager for you. Reviews are not productive and do not produce any change.

      Great people work here.

      Cons

      Pay is low, your manager can make false claims against you and HR and upper management will do everything they can to cover the manager. The employee is treated horribly, Management can do whatever they wish with no repercussion
