Tough Work, Good Experience

Free bubble tea, great friends, most customers are nice, taught me how to hustle and streamline my tasks.

Cons

One server per shift, and work relied heavily on young students. If it got crazy busy out of the blue, you had no choice but to tough it out for 3 hours and hope you don't make too many mistakes that get people to be angry at you. Pay often doesn't reflect the amount of stress you put out for this job.

good supervisors, cared about staff and actively helped them succeed. Fun to learn about bubble tea going in blind.

Cons

Owners are mean, do not keep up store well and verbally abuse staff. Positive is that they are only around once per month!
