There are many benefits such as being able to get a discount on food and free drinks when you're working and even on days you aren't.

Cons

It is very fast paced and can also be intimidating, especially when you have to make drinks.

Cons

So many cons - management doesn't care about employees at all, even before COVID. With COVID, they rather harm their workers before even abiding by the CDC guidelines. They don't follow basic health guidelines. The food they serve are rarely fresh. Management rather have good employees walk, than listen to the critiques, to better the company.
