Corporate doesn't care about staff at all as long as they're making money and will try to get the most out of the staff without paying them. They will do anything to not spend more money and will jack up the prices of everything but still not pay long-time/ higher position employees more. They just take advantage of the employees as much as they can and are very unprofessional about everything regarding pay and treatment as soon as you start moving up. Constantly having waves of people quitting and having to hire new trainees. As for actual store managers, they try hard to do their best and do a very good job of leading the team and accommodating with staff situations and schedules.

Store supervisors are terrible, although the corporate level management is fantastic. They berate you in front of customers when making a mistake, causing customers to feel awkward and the employee to feel distressed.
