Pros

There were not many pros. I guess good learning experience.

Cons

Hard to get hours. Shared tips with people you don't even work with in that shift. Bad management.

Pros

Flexible hours, plenty of employees to sub, regular shifts and double shifts aren't too long but long enough. Decent tip for the environment.

Cons

Management leaves too much power to part-time employees. Cliquey environment, managers call for shift leader votes on whether or not to promote someone.

Pros

The management at the Riverside location is really amazing and accommodating. It's flexible in terms of picking up shifts and covering other people's shifts.

Cons

Some workers were difficult to work with and they give very minimal hours to trainees. You need to basically make connections with other workers for training and a lot of it is how proactive you are.
