Pros

Able to develop customer service skills as well as obtain good leadership skills by leading and supervising my team. Develop good relations with customers and ensure that our service is up to par. Learn how to work efficiently as a team by strategizing and helping each other, which also led to good chemistry between co-workers. Able to learn to work in a fast-paced environment.

Cons

Sometimes new incoming employees would take a bit longer to adapt to the work environment thus causing some co-workers to have to pick up more of the work load. However, I would make sure that their training sessions would be productive to ensure that their training process would move quicker.
