You get a free drink every shift

Cons

They underpaid me with a "training wage" and bullied me for not having good enough Chinese even though they knew that going in. The baristas were constantly berated if they made any tiny mistakes with the recipes.

The manager and other staff are nice. Free lunch.

Cons

No tip shared. The manager, who is the only person who can make tea, is always late, and we are open without tea, although we are a tea shop.
