They pay minimum with tips. They follow your availability. They had a group chat for you to talk to management as well as your coworkers.

Cons

They don't give you enough hours. They basically gave me 6 hours every 2 weeks. They don't fire you, they force you to quit.

For a college student, pay was pretty good, approx $8 plus tip which total came out to an average of $15 per hour.

Cons

Management is not so good, store owner was not friendly. you only get 20% tip if you are a trainee and it takes 3 months to be an actual server,
