-not fully remote -wish there was more advancement opportunity

This company is the worst thing that ever happened to my career. No matter how hard you work, how many hours you put in, or how much you contribute it will never be enough. They will load on more work, give you more unrealistic deadlines, and pile onto you for not doing more. Managers here are foaming at the mouth to use their direct reports as scapegoats for their incompetencies. I am considering just quitting without a backup plan because I’m so drained at the end of the day that I have no capacity to prepare for interviews. I am burning out fast and my mental and physical health has never been worse. My hair is falling out. I’m gaining weight. I have never, in all my career, been this miserable. When I tell my peers about what my management has said to me they are in awe. It’s textbook bullying and gaslighting. I regret ever signing the offer to come here. Please please please only consider this place as a last resort. I’m not sure why anyone even buys the products. I have never seen such slow and unprioritized customer service and triaging. Major issues have been open for months but if you spend meaningful time on them you will be abused for neglecting other work, and when the issues finally escalate you will be abused for not fixing it faster. You can’t win.
