Pros
- I feel comfortable discussing and suggesting ideas to all levels of management - Compensation was higher than other offers, but the real compensation is the benefits. For example - A flexible schedule and casual work environment - Challenging opportunity in rapidly growing field
Cons
- Name recognition. Not many people I communicate with have heard about Tenable or its products. Tenable is rapidly growing, but not enough to have that big name recognition yet. - It seems like they have difficulty recruiting new people to meet the growing product demands. It is likely somewhat due to the location. I personally don't mind where it's located, but many people prefer be located more closely to DC or Baltimore.
