It’s a lovely, friendly, family atmosphere. Dynamic company but you still feel a part of it all.

Pros
No egos that gets associated with sales. We all work hard toward our goal. Management very approachable and welcome input. Fast growing but even in the UK they really try to keep the team spirit with events and Mondays a day to meet up with everyone at the office. This is your differentiator even though you don’t realise it! People want to work with people. Employees need recognition and to feel like they belong and are valued. Please don’t lose this. You provide these so tell people about this. Flexible work hours is a major major bonus, if someone can start at 8am and finish at 4pm, this is a huge, huge incentive. Working from home is another huge incentive. Met one of the founders on my first day. Pizza every Monday to the office. Free snacks etc.
Cons
Takes time to build credibility. Onboard training could be quicker. Sell yourselves more as an employer, you provide all the good things but you need to sell this.

Pros
Tenable are growing rapidly. Awesome products, market leading solutions. The list of thought leaders on staff is impressive. Everyone always willing to help.
Cons
Communication to remote employees could be improved. A few growing pains that comes with doubling is size including lack of defined processes.
