Pros
Competitive pay and benefits, decent facility
Cons
Literally the only thing they get right is the competitive pay and benefits. They don't lead by example they are more prone not to give you want you need to do your job and then blame you for the outcome. They follow the old "boss" model. Most of the employees are from Latin American countries (on visas) that don't have human workplace rights and it shows. They failed to deliver promises they made to the local township. They refuse to buy anything from the USA and instead have a purchasing co in Mexico buy everything from Italy or some other European country. Everything is broken and it takes months to get parts. Locals are starving. They also look down upon anyone that doesn't want to work five 16 hours shifts a week. Startups are like torture, you just wait endlessly for others to do things which you have no control over. The CEO went to jail for stealing from the company.
