Pros

This department has a very solid group of people. They are also very close nit, almost like a family.

Cons

This department is SOOOOO unorganized. It also lacks communication, which is not a very good thing. They are also going broke, which is the reason i was let go.

Cons

Working long hours is part of the company´s culture, and the decisions tend to be more centralized. But the company is currently showing action to cope with new demands, by modernizing and simplifying processes based on employees´ opinions, which shows adaptability
