      Pros

      Answered a lot of questions. Was brought on site multiple times. Got to meet various people in the organization and hear their opinions.

      Cons

      Was a very long process. From the first contact up to being hired took over six months. Normal process should last no more than 60 days.

      - Very good pay, excellent benefits, one of the biggest places to work in Argentina - Very good top management, excellent coordinators, if you're willing to learn and develop yourself, it's an excellent place - Tenaris University formation - Multicultural environment - Tenaris University Induction Camp

      - Work life balance. Sometimes it's quite hard to plan a life outside the company - Sometimes, due to learning culture, it can be frustrating at the beginning
