Employee feedback is extremely valuable to us as it is the main mechanism for us to continue to evolve and provide the best employee experience while meeting the needs of our members. In 2023, we will be launching changes to our PTO policy to support the feedback & suggestions provided by our team members in the quarterly feedback surveys. We have communicated these changes to all team members via email and the Mint. Also, we are working hard to enhance our healthcare benefit options for the new benefits plan year starting May 2023.
