      Interesting work Good salary Opportunity for large amounts of ownership & client interactions early in career Good work, life balance (relative to the industry) Great people, with a lively social calendar - including a company-wide Annual Business Conference for a long weekend to a European city

      Work hours can be long. Graduate applicants sometimes mistake our Management Consulting division for the wider Teneo group.

      Pros

      1) Projects are both very interesting and challenging. Good mix between pure strategy work and more operational projects helps consultants develop well-rounded skill-set 2) Global Teneo brand provides opportunity to work for some prestige clients on their most pressing business issues 3) Smaller company means opportunities for rapid progression and early responsibility are fantastic 4) Supportive culture and genuine meritocracy

      Cons

      Hours can be long towards end of cases but this is typical of strategy consulting and management does make an active effort to try and control this
