There are lots of learning opportunities available for employees and you can always reach out to your bosses to bounce off ideas. Friendly environment.

Cons

Total lack of work life balance. While there are learning opportunities available, most of the time you’ll be slammed with daily work and extra admins that you just have no energy to take on more BDs or projects for your development. There is also an unspoken rule whereby you need to work extra hard at night, in order to show that you are hardworking, have your clients in mind and worthy of promotions.
