      Promotion is based on performance and work ethic as opposed to hierarchy Work is challenging and interesting Smart, hard-working, fun group of people Opportunity to take on more "senior" projects for more junior employees Lots of responsibility and autonomy, even for more junior team members (some may not view this as a positive thing) Good benefits, including generous maternity leave and good 401K plan

      Long hours You are expected to adapt and learn quickly There is not a traditional, internal training program – the loose onboarding structure is not for everyone Fast pace and high expectations from the get-go Very competitive environment – but not for everyone

      - Clients are second to none, and peerless access to decision-makers at clients . - Treated as a peer and colleague early, and given the opportunity to contribute as such - Great travel opportunities if you're on the right client - Staff are world-class and push you to go further

      - Expectations are high, so if you can't meet them you won't last. - Work-life balance can be a challenge
