Thinly resourced, lack of career direction and development, disorganized and understaffed. Resembles a start-up.

1. If you're part of the junior staff, you will work 60+ hour weeks. It's the norm in there. 2. People usually work at Teneo for a few years and then realize that their work is not compensated enough, and decide to leave. 3. When male senior staff hit on younger girls in the office, it's considered "normal" and the ladies have to suck it up in order to keep their jobs. 4. HR is a joke. I saw at least 4 people get fired in a matter of a couple of months because their bosses were not clear on expectations to them. 5. Management is white-male dominated, there's no diversity and no respect for it either.
