      Pros

      It's a great place to work on challenging projects with some very bright people. The client list is impressive and management is committed to moving the company forward.

      Cons

      The office space is a bit small so sometimes it feels like you are stepping on toes to get a conference room booked and little space to use outside of one's desk.

      - Clients are second to none, and peerless access to decision-makers at clients . - Treated as a peer and colleague early, and given the opportunity to contribute as such - Great travel opportunities if you're on the right client - Staff are world-class and push you to go further

      Cons

      - Expectations are high, so if you can't meet them you won't last. - Work-life balance can be a challenge

      -Basic refreshments & amenities -Work is interesting, with well known diverse clients. -You pick up a few skills useful along the way and connections -Brand name is picking up rather quickly -Lots of company events & lunches (quarterly). -Eager to contribute back to the community

      Cons

      -Very fast paced environment, with strong talent. -Lack of admin help, with everything done practically solo -Maintaining a work life balance is a bit of a challenge, but that's expected of in this industry. Not exactly a 9-5 job.
