      Pros

      I've met some really good people.

      Cons

      Be really really careful with this company. Management 'talks big', promises everything under the sun and delivers little. There is absolutely no attempt to utilize talent and the people who get paid the most are effectively 'rewarded' for sucking up to management rather than actually being exceptional. Lots of frustration. No clarity on direction. The whole thing is chaotic and there is absolutely no sharing of information. Everyone is so protective of their work, which ends up underming client delivery.

      Pros

      Smart, engaged colleagues Interesting work/clients Genuine feel that Consulting leadership cares about the team Consulting division small enough that you feel like part of the team, not just 'another resource cog'

      Cons

      Hours can be tough (but par for the course) Focus on bringing on experienced hires to enable growth but could be better at integrating them Don't feel very connected to Teneo US / global (but integration across UK business units has improved a lot in recent years)
