      Poor Support and Culture

      Pros

      Interesting, topical clients. Work was sometimes challenging.

      Cons

      Culture was very weird, everyone was ex-Deloitte and many people kept talking about how much better it was at Deloitte which I didn't enjoy. Team didnt delegate responsibility well and the opportunities avaliable were poor. Management were't supportive of issues and there were also no social events while I was there.
