The most horrific work environment you can work in. Openly racist and management will not care about you unless either of you come from a family that has the potential of becoming their client. Paid way below market average. No interest in diversity the only two people of color are the office secretaries everyone else is racist and white

Divisions can feel a bit siloed. Growing quickly, and not always properly resourced (though mgmt. are taking steps to rectify this through experienced hiring)
