      Pros

      401k is decent, though pretty standard. Snacks on occasion, Refrigerator is stocked with beverages, unlimited vacation/sick days (Though Senior Leadership frowns upon you taking it too often), Happy hour on occasion (sometimes about once a month)

      Cons

      Micromanaging, zero room for growth, low salaries, terribly expensive health insurance, long work hours, politics play a major part (no surprise here), high turnover because of the above, Little benefits compared to how much money Senior Leadership is taking in,

      Pros

      Junior people have a chance to take ownership of projects. Lots of responsibility is delegated to the VP and Associate level. Great level of collaboration within teams.

      Cons

      Volume of work can be a lot. Bandwidth issues are significant and long hours are to be expected from time to time.

      Has some recognition, interesting clients, global reach.

      Cons

      The junior staff is literally abused. If you want people to work over 15 hours a day they should be compensated appropriately. The level of micromanaging within the company is on another level. HR is a joke.
