Cons
Sclerotic growth in terms of team and capabilities with investment going to less interesting areas where growth is easier Uninspiring and culdesac mix of work that I doubt has made me more valuable in the general jobs market Lack of commercial nouse with plenty of bright but clueless junior people kicking around Lots of grunt work without much in terms of tools / network / 3rd party support Benefits package is fairly basic and it can take loads of time to get a title promotion, especially at the more senior levels
