      Genuine people looking to get the job done, very horizontal structure and a lot of room for personal development. Also growing at an incredible rate.

      Workload, but that's the case in every consultancy in the world

      Flexible job at times (like consulting)

      Poor career development (training is just recycled powerpoints from years ago) No office transfer opportunites Terrible culture (cliquey, some arrogant pretentious colleagues) Poor brand name (common exit is lateral to a better consulting firm)
