      Great colleagues, amazing clients, ambitious company

      Cons

      Can be unstructured and a little chaotic at times, but this is mainly due to their ambition to do everything for everyone. I think this will settle down as the company finds its identity and core.

      Pros

      Some good people that tried to put a positive on the experience. Office is very nice

      Cons

      Many disappointments are about the office attitude which is focussed on enriching the guys at the top and not much else. If you look good and have achievements from before joining Teneo you will climb. If you are quiet and work with your head down you will not be recognised. Some teams are secondary to the main comms business and there's some uncertainty on what cvc have planned to get their money. Also find it suspicious that all the good reviews are in summer 2019 I'm sure they'll find a way to bury mine

      This is a very energetic, talented company with great benefits, flexible working, nice people and excellent clients

      Cons

      Can be long hours, but lots of those hours are socialising
