Toxic management and no growth opportunities

Pros

Salary on time, team buildings, office people.

Cons

C level is stuck for decades, decisions are political and not critical consient. No growth opportunities. Management is toxic and micromanagement. Tech and Operational departments are a disaster. The product is built on politics instead of real impact. Respect for people time is not a priority. Unpaid overtime No real advantages on joining this company. Departments restructures every now and then to get people out. Annual increases are very limited.
