Low bar of entry. Easy software workflows
Cons
No agile/scrum development cycles/planning, release cycles are poor. Environment can get hostile pretty fast between clients and employees. No promotional opportunity No cycled performance reviews/opportunities for raises Pay is far below average (switching companies netted 40k above in same area from 50k) Many reasons for poor retention (see a new face every few weeks, training them so often can get tedious as you’re trying to finish your current stack of items before a build goes out) Technology is antiquated and no opportunities to learn new tech stacks (VB.NET/ASP.NET web forms only).
