Pros

Good health insurance, best pay for people with little education, quarterly Incentives, unlimited overtime, job security

Cons

Extremely Hot in summer and vice versa in winter, very poor management and team leaders, usually will have mandatory overtime meaning no family time or personal rest days. Unpaid lunch break

Pros

They have great pay, its nearly impossible to get fired as long as you follow attendance policies, and its very laid back on certain shifts.

Cons

They have absolutely horrid communication, the company they contracted for plating at my location tended to scratch the parts, and then blame us. Management is very disconnected from the floor. also, Their overtime policy is a joke, they believe they own your time first, and everything else in your life is second, refuse to build up stock during the slow season so we don't have to come in for as much overtime during the busy season, and rarely keep all shifts fully staffed.
