Pros

Bonuses are paid semi-annually. Allows company sold earbuds to be worn during work. Double pay on the last day of the week. Monthly employee meetings to discuss management topics with floor workers. 80 hours PTO every year. Health, legal, dental, vision, critical health, injury, life insurance.

Cons

Schedule is inconsistent, can suddenly be told you're working the weekend only one day in advance. Mandatory overtime can be enforced at any time. HR often miscalculates pay and forgets PTO pay.

Pros

Close commute, pay is okay.

Cons

Could pay more. Workers and management are a nightmare. Place is a joke. Expect to pull everyone's weight while everyone coasts. Place has no culture, people are toxic.
