- Questionable HR qualifications; - Abusive management generating a toxic environment; - Promoting and rewarding overtime; - Frown upon personal & medical leave of absence; - Salary & performance bonus; - Questionable strategy & poorly implemented exec. decisions; - Frown upon a healthy work-life balance; - Poorly prepared exec. personnel, starting with the CEO, ending with the team leaders; - Supporting unhealthy competition, rather than a team spirit; - Exceptional people forced to leave the company when pointing out the obvious in what regards the incompetence of their manager; - Repeated contractual breach regarding the employee's right to integrity & privacy.
