      Pros

      Some good people at my location, some of the upper management seems very skilled

      Cons

      Local management suffers from terrible leadership skills, benefits are subpar, pay is low for the positions, processes are very rudimentary and OEE is terrible.

      Pros

      Interesting work, lots of responsibility but a lot of turnover which has resulted in upheaval and lack of direction.

      Cons

      Poor managers. They do not lead, they do not provide leadership and guidance to the buyers. Need better training for new hires. No formal plan.
