Pros
Good & smart colleagues & managers Good vibe, seriously and productive. I've been working with several multinationals throughout last 10 years and I can say this is the only one with a high level of seriousness, both on colleagues and managers. The leadership is a good one as well, you can talk with top managers quite easily and in a relaxing manner. The company encourages the internal promotions and also provides training curricula for those interested.
Cons
Some high demands in short time. There can be high pressed colleagues that spread a negative energy to the team. I don't like such things and sometimes I felt these colleagues tried to persuade me to adhere to their beliefs. However, no chance for them😁. There are some difficulties in communication with some team members' but I guess this is everywhere.
