Pros

Good pay because you work 6/7 days a week with 10 hr + shifts. Benefits are good.

Cons

You are merely a number. HR gives false information and seems to care less about employees. Group leaders are company men. They will stab you in your back. Team leads are just middle man between machine operators and group leaders. You are constantly blamed by both parties and if you bring up an issue group leaders blame you. Being a good employee does not give you anything. You get 8 occurrences, that if you forget your badge or clock in a minute late or early you receive points for. If you file any kind of short term claims it is entirely up to you to figure it out and you will be denied because HR wont help.

Pros

Pay Benefits Some good supervisors but the bad ones out way the good.

Cons

Tons of horrible people I've encountered by far than any company I've worked for. Mismanaged. The people that work here are the most vile twisted horrible human beings. Sexual harrassment and disgusting people exist here. Favouritism and nepotism runs rampant. Communication is poor. Setups don't do there job but set you up. Lead hands don't lead. Supervisors don't supervise. One of the worst dishonest companies I've worked for. Complete disaster of a company and the people reflect that. This place doesn't know what ergonomic means. Every machine is setup in the most awkward way possible. You have old creepy guys hitting on younger women. The shift rotation isn't the greatest and it's highly stressful. No teamwork environment, your left on your own on a new machine.
