      Pros

      At the plant level, everyone works hard and wants to succeed.

      Cons

      The corporate team in the NVH division has done nothing but hinder performance of plants in the division by poor leadership and lack of care for what plants are saying. Instead they bring in outside people to tell them the exact same thing the plants have been saying.
