Pros

Good location and coworkers, a product line that will be around for awhile.

Cons

The company has been purchased by Apollo Holdings after financial problems. At some point it or portions will likely be split off sold off. The long term future is uncertain. Over the years employee benefits have declined. Older experienced employees were "retired" during the pandemic. Layoffs occurred followed by minimal hiring of lower cost employee. Continued outsourcing to overseas low cost countries, including the engineering function. Pay is "competitive" with poor increases. Problems are often hid from upper management and hostile environment.

Pros

I had the opportunity to travel the world and work on challenging and interesting projects.

Cons

Misogynistic behavior went unchecked; top leaders simply didn't care.
