Pros

Pay is great for low/no skill workers. It's like having 2 jobs but you make more. Opportunity exists for people who seek it. Production goals are realistic.

Cons

Don't often get to enjoy weekends. Expect to work overtime regularly.

Pros

Great people at the Monroe facility. Opportunity to become somewhat diversified . Competitive pay for a supplier.

Cons

Time could either be snail's pace often, or in my case, incredibly busy. All co-ops didn't get an equivalent amount of focus, some learned a little bit of a lot, and some became sufficiently specialized for the future.
