      Good pay and close to home. Lots of room for improvement

      Cons

      Has got to be the tightest company that I have ever seen. The morale is terrible across the board. Little or no profits have been made at the Hartwell location in years. This results in severe tightness in spending. Even if it is critical purchases, they are pushed off till the next month. The facility is a wreck and the upper management will not spend the money to improve conditions. Hope my little ol' fan don't go out, cause they will not be replacing it any time soon. The equipment here is all worn out and no budget for replacement. You can almost feel the swirling motion of the flush coming on. Customers are furious with the company due to product issues. Lots of business moving out soon.

      Very friendly work environment. Everyone was nice and always offered a helping hand when needed.

      Cons

      If you are not performing well, they will not tell you and end up not calling you for a second rotation.
