Pros

Good health insurance, best pay for people with little education, quarterly Incentives, unlimited overtime, job security

Cons

Extremely Hot in summer and vice versa in winter, very poor management and team leaders, usually will have mandatory overtime meaning no family time or personal rest days. Unpaid lunch break

Pros

Did a variety of work there over my time... management haScience no clue what is happening and treat employees like 3rd world slaves... one of my worst employee experiences

Cons

Working conditions suck treatment of staff is abuse. Pay great if you are unskilled. Management ships scrap and blames staff for it.

Pros

The pay is about the only thing that can be put in the pro column. I guess you could say vacation time also.

Cons

Management is horrible! HR doesn't do the job that they are supposed to do, especially if you confide in them with an ethics issue and the situation gets worse. All the supervision at this plant are disrespectful, deceiving and treat like a slave. disrespectful
