      Pros

      Tenneco was a great company until its merger with Federal-Mogul in 2019. So till 2019, I felt that the management didn't just talk about company values—they truly embodied them in their actions.

      Cons

      After the merger, there was a drastic shift. While management continued to talk about company values, the reality was quite different. The "average" employees either accepted the change or perhaps didn’t even notice it or just doesnt care about....—but for me, it was a terrible experience.
